Majd provides a marketplace connecting property seekers with owners and chalet operators. You may browse listings anonymously. To submit requests, save favorites, or make reservations, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Majd reviews listings before publication but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy of all information provided by third parties.

Submitting a request or reservation does not constitute a binding agreement. Transactions are agreed upon directly between the parties. Majd facilitates communication but is not a party to any property transaction.

Full property addresses are only revealed to parties who have an approved request. We take privacy seriously — please review our Privacy Policy for details.

All content on the Majd platform, including text, design, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Majd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Majd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
